 RETURN POLICY

At Divine and Elegant, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can
return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Policy:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
• For your convenience, we provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
